Ernie Gutierrez
President/ CEO

Ernesto Gutierrez serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Industries, Inc.  Mr. Gutierrez has over 20 years of Management and Leadership experience ranging in the environmental, engineering and construction industry.Mr. Gutierrez started his career in the painting industry in 1986.After many years in the Painting and Lead Abatement Industry, Mr. Gutierrez founded Allied Industries, Inc. in 1997.  Mr. Gutierrez has spearheaded the company’s growth with a strong focus on exceeding client satisfaction and superior technical expertise.Mr. Gutierrez has developed a company culture aimed at providing unparalleled value to both its clients and employees through its team oriented and solutions driven framework.  As President and CEO, he often speaks on various construction and environmental issues for various public and private organizations.   Mr. Gutierrez also manages educational outreach on environmental and construction related topics for clients and the community. Mr. Gutierrez holds a Contractors License with the State of California on a variety of disciplines including Hazardous Waste Operations, General Construction, Demolition, and Painting.Additionally, Mr. Gutierrez is a proactive participant with Society of American Military Engineers, Professional Environmental Marketing Association, BOMA, and Construction Management Association of America., and serves on various Boards with the Latino Business Organization, Society of American Military Engineers, and other Small Business Committees within various Public Agencies.

Fernando Gutierrez
Executive Vice President

Mr. Gutierrez serves as Executive Vice President and is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm.Mr. Gutierrez maintains complete oversight of all aspects of Corporate Quality, Finance and Contracts, Human Resources, Project Management, Health and Safety, Client Relations, and Corporate Operations.Mr. Gutierrez received his B.A. in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and received his J.D. from Southwester University School of Law.Additionally, as head legal representative to the firm, his duties include handling complex legal issues as they affect the firm including risk management. He has over 10 years of organizational management and leadership experience and has been with the firm since 1998.  He has assisted the team in developing and implementing the firm’s corporate and divisional infrastructure in order to support the firm’s aggressive strategic growth strategy.  Additionally, Mr. Gutierrez acts as the small business liaison between various public and private agencies. Mr. Gutierrez is a proactive member of the Latino Business Association, Society of American Military Engineers (Young Members), and Construction Management Association of America.

Mr. Gutierrez received his B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law. He also holds multiple environmental and management professional certifications. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC-SW Division) Quality Control (QC) Management and WEB CM Certificates


Robert Lee
Vice President of Finance & Contracts

Robert Lee's area of responsibility is overseeing all aspects of the firm's financial and accounting policies and procedures.  Furthermore, Mr. Lee oversees all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Processing, Bank Reconciliation, and Cash management.  Mr. Lee was instrumental in ALLIED's conversion and implementation of the firm's financial and acounting system, Deltek GCS Premier.  He also is responsible for providing internal financial reports regarding the firm's direct and indirect cost structure, project performance, and profitability to the firm's executive management.

Robert Lee graduated from California State University, Northridge with B.S. in Business Administration with double concentration in Accountancy and Management Information Systems.


Rick La Bella
Regional Vice President

Richard “Rick” La Bella serves as Regional Vice President.  Rick was added to the ALLIED team at the beginning of 2007.   Rick’s extensive knowledge and experience in the Environmental Remediation and Demolition Industry has been attributed to his commitment to management and leadership in various environmental companies including Southwest Industries and Karcher Environmental for over two decades.   Prior to joining ALLIED, Rick served as President/CEO in one of Southern California’s leading environmental services firm.   His extensive experience has been derived from over 20 years as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, Operations Manager, Project Management and Cost Engineering, providing him a solid foundation and experiment in the environmental and construction industry.  Rick has proven to be an effective leader, manager and innovator in the environmental and construction industry.  Rick has experience in all facets of environmental and construction services including collaborating on federal and state contracts with critical path times and complex environmental issues. 


Mr. La Bella is a licensed California Contractor, holding an Engineering “A”, General Building “B” and a Demolition “C-21” license.


Cesar Gutierrez
Vice President of Operations

Cesar Gutierrez serves as the VP of Operations for Allied.  Mr. Gutierrez has a wide variety of responsibilities, which include overseeing the general operations of construction and environmental remediation projects.  He has over 10 years of organizational management experience. In the past, Mr. Gutierrez has provided business and environmental consulting services for various clients, including litigation support services. Responsibilities include overseeing client relations as they relate to the firm’s construction and environmental projects.  He has been part of the Allied team since 1998 where he commenced as a project manager.  With his hands on approach and extensive experience, he manages and oversees long-term teaming relations and labor related issues affecting the operations of each individual project.  His extensive design/build experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional and environmental construction.

Mr. Gutierrez is a graduate from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Environmental Studies and Accounting. He also holds multiple environmental and management professional certifications.



Richard Wasilewski
Vice President of Construction Operations

Mr. Wasilewski serves on ALLIED’s executive management team.Rich has over 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manger and Cost Estimator in the Construction Industry.Rich’s area of responsibility includes all construction operations within the firm’s geographical footprint.Mr. Wasilewski is responsible for client relationships, business opportunity evaluation, contractual negotiations, contract execution, cost proposal review, divisional business planning, construction operations, project management support, and exceeding client satisfaction.Additionally, Rich is responsible for managing and leading a team of over 30 Construction Professionals while maintaining project quality control and health and safety objectives.

Rich graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.He holds various professional certifications such in NAVFAC CQC, WEB CM, Primavera Suretrak, and Timberline Project Management.



Glenn Christensen
Vice President of Environmental Services

Mr. Christensen is responsible for the operation of the Environmental Remediation and Engineering Division of ALLIED.  Glenn has over 15 years of experience in the field of geology and the management of environmental investigations and remediation projects.  Glenn previously has held positions with Foster Wheeler, Tetra Tech, Burns McDonnell Engineering, Inc., and joins ALLIED from his recent position with General Dynamics as Remedial Project Manager (RPM) in the Navy Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program Management Office West in San Diego where he managed remediation programs at Former Hunters Point Shipyard, Former Naval Air Station (NAS) Moffett Field, and Former Marine Corps Air Stations (MCAS) El Toro and Tustin.  Glenn has over 10 years of experience as project manager in RCRA and CERCLA remediation projects.  Moreover, Glenn is accomplished in site closures, remedial investigations, treatabilty studies, feasibility studies, proposed plans, records of decision geologic surveys, site assessments, landfill monitoring, and design, installation and operation of a variety of soil and groundwater remediation systems.  As RPM for Former NAS Moffett Field and Former MCAS El Toro and Tustin, Glenn received Recognition for Outstanding Performance as a Remedial Project Manager by U.S. Navy.

Glenn earned his B.S. in Geology in 1992 at the University of South Carolina.  Glenn is a member both the San Diego Association of Geology (SDAG) and the Society of Sedimentary Geology (SEPM).


Dave Adams
Regional Business Development Manager

Mr. Dave Adams serves as Regional Business Development Manager for ALLIED.  Mr. Adams received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Maryland. Furthermore, Mr. Adams served in the United States Marine Corps. as a Field Artillery Forward Observer.  Mr. Adams has over 10 years of Business Development experience in the construction industry.  Mr. Adams area of responsibility falls within the Western States.  Additionally, Dave is responsible for overall strategic business development, developing strategic alliances, product-service diversification, strategic planning, teaming arrangements, sales revenue, marketing team building, and contractual negotiations.  Mr. Adams provides strategic planning support for the firm's executive management team.


Andrea Morales
Director, Human Resources

Ms. Morales has over 10 years of corporate experience including all aspects of corporate services and human resources management.  Ms. Morales is responsible for developing Human Resources Policies and Programs including proactive recruitment of experienced construction, environmental, and engineering professionals.  Andrea is responsible for personnel training and development company wide.  Additionally, Andrea maintains complete responsibility for all employee programs, including ALLIED’s employee assistance program, medical benefits package, corporate event planning, and corporate service support.
