Allied has gained a reputation for completing hundreds of projects while realizing an impeccable safety record. Through years of experience Allied has recognized that jobsite safety is of paramount consideration. It is important in order to preserve the quality of life for each individual employee and their family, as well as providing comfort in our clients that Allied is committed to maintaining the highest and the utmost strict safety standards while on their project.
Allied employs a full time Safety Officer who holds the sole responsibility of creating the most stringent site-specific safety plans. Executive Level Management reviews safety plans before they are submitted to the client and/or prior to Allied breaking ground. Moreover, Allied, as part of its mandatory new hire orientation program, requires all employees to undergo a series of safety training sessions prior to commencing work. All Project Managers, Field Superintendents, Field Foreman, and Executives are required to undergo yearly OSHA training in order to be kept up to date on the ever-changing safety environment. Allied strictly adheres to the Army Corps. of Engineers Safety Manual on all federal and military installations.

In an effort to provide high quality service and solutions to Allied’s diverse client base, Allied has developed a Superior Quality Control Program in order to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction. Allied employs a full time Quality Control Officer (QCO) who is responsible for implementing and managing Allied's Quality Control Program (QCP) throughout each project, regardless of size and scope. Allied’s QCO has the internal authority to take all corrective action necessary in order to achieve high quality service. Allied’s QCO acts as a liaison between the customer and Allied, ensuring that Allied is in compliance with the contract plans and specifications. All corrective action taken by the QCO is evaluated by Allied’s Executive Management Team and followed up in order to ensure that any such occurrence be preempted.
