As Project Manager, Mr. Schatz has over 10 years of broad-based experience in the Environmental Industry from environmental consulting to project management. He has been with the firm since 2003. As Project Manager at ALLIED, he is responsible for overseeing the various construction & environmental projects including the planning and acquisitions of client development, developing teaming partnerships, supplier relations, contractual negotiations, quality control, and project submittals. In this capacity Mike is in constant contact with suppliers, vendors, clients, regulatory inspectors, and all ALLIED field superintendents and foremen. He has worked with private industry and public sector clients while being part of the Allied team. He has successfully executed projects under numerous private and public contracting vehicles.

Marc has over 30 years of demolition, remediation, and abatement experience as field worker, superintendent, project manager, and senior cost estimator.Mr. Hickman has extensive experience with public works projects, specifically educational and military projects. Marc is adept at various project cost structures such as Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Cost plus Fixed Fee, including various contracting mechanisms. Marc provides mentoring and leadership for new ALLIED personnel and responsible for project quality control, client satisfaction, client development, cost engineerg, consulting, and cost proposal preparation and generation.

Mr. Klipp has over 10 years of project management and cost engineering in hazardous materials remediation projects. Conn specializes in high-end residential and insurance based projects. Mr. Clipp is proficient with Xactware Estimating programs and Xactanalysis. Mr. Klipp joined the ALLIED team in 2007 after 6 years of services with a Southern California Remediation Services Firm.

Mr. Holliday is responsible for overall project management for military construction projects including project reporting requirements, budgeting, cost proposal preparation, cost estimating, quantities take offs, quality assurance and quality control, scope development, contractual negotiations, and client relationships.Mr. Holliday has worked for a wide variety of construction and electrical contractors as an apprentice, journeyman, superintendent, cost estimator, and project manager.Zach is adept at all aspects ofMedical/Hospital Construction.Mr. Holliday has project managed an aggregate of $100 million in construction projects.
